The natural healing ability of the body can be enhanced by artistic expression. Writing can become a key element of a healing process. Using some simple techniques to take home with you, we will begin to explore what it means to use writing to heal. Bring your favorite writing tools: paper, journal, pen or pencil and of course your curiosity!

No writing experience necessary.
